Body Works Gym has been in business since January 2006, offering Grant County a complete workout, depending on individual needs. Some of the state of the art equipment includes: low-impact, high results elliptical trainers, a multifunction bench press, cable operated bodybuilding and fitness systems as well as abdominal, leg, and back-focused machines. For the gamer who wants to exercise, Body Works Gym has exclusive Playstation equipment.

For more individual needs, fitness and nutrition counseling is available upon request. We also offer showers, tanning, aerobic & Pilates classes and personal training.

Group packages are available for companies and/or family members.

As part of your workout experience, members are given individual routines according to their fitness level. Also workout charts are provided to record individual settings/repetitions for use on each piece of equipment.
