Beth has been a member since November 30, 2006. She has been working with Bob Barry, Personal Fitness Trainer and Specialist in Performance Nutrition. Beth came to Bob in doubt about her ability to become fit. She told me (Bob) she'd probably quit. Got to love the brutal honesty. Beth had a goal to hike part of the Grand Canyon when sucessful she would then hike a 6 week, 500 mile, solo trip to Spain. She leaves very soon. As of first week September she has been gone 2 weeks. Beth total body weight loss 24 lbs. Also, and amazing 13% body fat loss and 12 to 15 inches lost. |
