Jarrod Burke has a weight loss to share. He has lost a total of 65 lbs. since February 2006. Jarrod has been a member at Body Works Gym since September 2006. Jarrod runs 25 minute intervals 3 days a week. His free weight routine consists of 5 sets and 5 reps, also known as the Bill Star workout.
