Mandi Hudson

Mandi has been a member at Body Works Gym since May 2006. She is truly dedicated to fitness. She has been training with Justin on new and challenging routines, preparing her for the Indy Classic half marathon run in September. Mandi runs 4-7 miles a day 5 to 6 days a week. She also adds weight training to her routine 3 days a week. She truly is dedicated to herself and inspires others.
