Ray Mize has been a member of Body Works Gym since December 2006. He is also a member of the Silver Sneakers Fitness Program. Ray started his routine on the treadmill and cable pull machines one set of 15 reps on each machine. He is now able to do 30 minutes on the elliptical and 3 sets of 15 reps on each machine. Ray feels his health has improved. His cholesterol is lowered and his blood pressure is within normal limits. He has also lost 13 pounds. |
