Philip Cobb has been a member at Body Works Gym since February 2006. Phillip has committed himself to a great routine. He runs 5 to 6 miles two days a week. He also spends three days a week on free weights rotating chest, triceps, biceps, back, shoulders and legs. Philip has lost a total of 35 lbs.
