I've been a member at Body Works Gym since May 2007. Justin has done a great job of leading me in the right direction as what I should do to achieve my goals. Since May, I have lost 11 inches, 21 lbs and 5% body fat. I've gone down 3 pants sizes. Before beginning the gym I felt like my body image was not good. I would shy away from going places or doing things I loved. Now I'm definitely more confident. People have even commented on how I've come out of my shell. I go to the gym on an average 4 days a week and love doing it! It makes me feel good because I know there will be results. Beth came to Bob in doubt about her ability to become fit. She told me (Bob) she'd probably quit. Got to love the brutal honesty. Beth had a goal to hike part of the Grand Canyon when sucessful she would then hike a 6 week, 500 mile, solo trip to Spain. She leaves very soon. As of first week September she has been gone 2 weeks. Beth total body weight loss 24 lbs. Also, and amazing 13% body fat loss and 12 to 15 inches lost. |
