Body Works Gym has a state of the art cardio theater that allows you to pump your heart while being entertained at the same time. Body Works Gym has a wide variety of treadmills, elliptical machines, and exercise bikes that will get you in shape while at the same time you enjoy the feature movie of the day.
	Body Works Gym offers a wide selection of free weights and machines in our weight room that give you the flexability to sculpt your body the way you want it to look.
	Body Works Gym also offers lockers available to safely store your personal items while you work out.

	Body Works Gym provides showers for its members after they are done working out, they can clean up before leaving the gym.
	Body Works Gym provides day care for a reasonable cost several days a week. Check with Justin or gym associates for times and days.
