Body Works Gym has a circuit area for upper and lower body made up of multiple machines, a cardio area with treadmills, bikes, ellipticals, and a boxing bag as well as a free weight area for the more robust workout. Below is a sampling of what equipment is offered at the gym.

The equipment for upper/lower body is cable operated and you can adjust the weight. The cardio equipment has variety of programs for a full work out experience.
