Height : 5'8" Goal Weight : 160 lbs Goals At Gym: lose weight & tone up Time At Gym: 4-5 days a week for 1 1/2 to 2 hrs per day Joined Body Works Gym: January 2006 Stacy starts her workout on the treadmill by walking or running 3 miles (approximately in 30 mins). She then continues her workout on the weight machines and ends with the elliptical or treadmill. One of Stacy's many attributes, she motivates others around her. She is always ready to help another person out and guide them with support during their workout. Update as of June 2006..... Stacy has lost over 30 lbs in the last year through a good nutritional program and her trusty treadmill at home. Since joining the gym in January 2006, she has since started loosing inch's, to date 5 inches approximately she estimates losing. |
