She has been a member of the gym since April 1st, 2006. Her journey to a healthier life started in December of 2005, at which time she was working out somewhere else that got her started on her road to weight loss. Since December of 2005 she has lost 50 lbs and gone down 5 pant sizes!!!!!!!!!!!! Her endurance has quadrupled since joining Body Works Gym. She started out with cable pull equipment and is now using free weights as part of her exercise routine. Before joining any gym, her glucose level was 7.9, but now it's 5.8 and she hasn't been on any medication since January of 2006. Update as of September 2006:Stacy now can do the elliptical machine for 20 minutes. She has also lost a total of 55 pounds. |
