Personal Training

Body Works Gym offers personal training for people who want a customized program, made especially for them. Body Works Gym offers nutritional counseling that will help you eat right and achieve the goals you have set out for yourself.

Aerobics Classes

Body Works Gym is now offering Aerobics.

Monday 7:00 p.m. - 8:00p.m

Wednesday 7:00-8:00 p.m.

Saturday 10:00 a.m.- 11:00 a.m.

This is a free service to Body Works Gym members.



Karate/Self Defense


Body Works Gym offers Karate classes with Mike Hatton. Mike is a certified 4th degree master level instructor in Okinawan Kempo, with over 10 years teaching experience.

Mike's system is a combination of many styles that he's been exposed to, including: Tae Kwon Do, Jujitsu, Escrima, Kick Boxing, and Kyusho Jitsu with an emphasis on practicality.

Classes are $40 per month. Adults classes held Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:00 p.m. - 7:45 p.m. Children's classes held Tuesday and Thursday 6:15 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Self Defense classes will be offered for 8 weeks for $40.

Gymnastics

Body Works Gym is now offering Gymnastics. Bonnie Ratliff is the instructor.

Classes are $90 for 8 sessions.

Schedule is as follows:

Monday 4:00 p.m.-4:50 p.m. (first thru fourth grade)

Tuesday: 3:30 p.m.-4:20 p.m. (Older girls) and 4:30 p.m.-5:20 p.m. (Younger girls)

Thursday 5:15 p.m - 6:00 p.m. (ages 3yrs-5yrs) (Preschool only)

If need to can open a class on Wed 6:00 p.m. -6:50 p.m. Ask Bonnie for details.

 

Zumba Class (12 per class)

Belly Dancing

 

Zumba: This a combo of several dance methods which includes, Salsa, Rumba, Samba and plain old Aerobics!

Classes are held on Tuesdays 6:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. and Thursdays 5:00p.m-6:00p.m This is a free service to members.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Belly Dancing: First 2 classes are free and then it's $20 a month. Belly Dancing classes are held on Monday's 7:45 p.m.-8:45 p.m.

Body Works Gym offers tanning for its members at an affordably low rate. Members can take advantage of stand-up state of the art tanning booth and have that glowing look all year long.
